i had consistence burn on my left chest started a month ago, i went to cardiologist , did MKG, stress testing, CT scan and went to Gastroenterology and did endoscopy , but nothing comes up. They could not diagnosis anything. Now i am having some uneasiness in chest. i feels like something is moving in left side of chest, sweating on forehead and hands. I am loosing weight and feels weak. Please advise what should i do next.
Hi , your history about your symptoms is inadequate for me to come to a single conclusion but I would like to check your blood sugar level and try to find out other causes of neuropathy. Rarely diabetic neuropathy and other group of neuropathy can present with burning and tingling sensation but in your case it is restricted to left side of your chest . Are you loosing only weight or do you have problem moving your arms and leg. Please seek advice from a rheumatologist and donot panic and keep me posted . Hope some of your doubts have been cleared . Take care
