Constant Chest Pain Around Armpit And Breasts, Intense Heart Beat. Any Suggestion?

hi there, i ve been chest pain around my left armpit and breasts. it s not sharp or very sudden rather constant and really worrying and has been going on for more than a week now. i am not sure if my heart rate goes up significantly, but i can definetely feel my heart beat more intensively. i am in a pretty good shape-exercise 5 times a week and avoid processed food and red meat. i had my blood checked a couple of weeks ago and apart from iron everything seems fine, cholesterol is actually low. i get really scared at times, when it gets a bit more intense... any advice?

thank you. pain of ischemic heart disease is usually intermittent rather than constant & it occurs centrally & retrosternally . some risk factors is also present like hypertension, smoking, diabetes, hyperlipidemia etc. probably it is a musculoskeletal pain from you suffering. you can take simple analgesic like paracetamol or diclofenac for the pain.
