Constant Cylindrical Problem In Both Eyes In Child Can Be Cured?

Hi my 19 months old daughter is diagnosed with Constant Cylindrical problems in her both eyes. Her right eye no. is Cyl -1.0, Axis180, and Left Eye no is Cyl -1.0, Axis 180. She has been advised to use glasses, Please tell can this problem be cured as she'll grow. vik

Hello
It seems from the history that your 19 months old daughter is having refractive error in the form of astigmatism.
The treatment is by use of spectacles as advised by your doctor.
The refractive errors cannot be cured completely but they can be corrected by useif spectacles.
The refractive error is known to increase in children hence she requires regular follow up at least once in a year.
