Constant Dry Bloody Matter In The Nose Affecting Breathing With Sores In The Mouth

I have RA and an on Orencia. For months (longer even) I have had a bloody nose. The bleeding seems to start way up in the sinus area and as a result, I constantly have dry bloody matter in my nose, to the point where it interferes with breathing. It is also very sore. In addition, in the past few weeks, I have developed white sores in my mouth - one at the top of my gums where the cheek starts and several scattered throughout my mouth. My tongue is even sore, though I see no marks. I am an RN, and I have never seen anything like this. Tried to get into dentist, but he is on vacation.
