Constant Headache And Earache, Feeling Of Sound Being Too Loud. History Of Hole In Middle Ear Which Got Alright. Advice

I have ear problem since July 2011, sound is too big for me specially in underground, always I have headache and earache, I do not to use phone and when I read, watch program or listen to music I get very bad headache, I saw my GP in the beginning she told that I have a hole in middle ear, then after awhile she said that is repaired,after that I had MRI the result is okay, but always I have headache and earache.I am look forward to hear from you

With little information and as per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be having a condition called Recruitment. that is intolerance to normal sound and the patient complaint of occassional headache and ear pain. Get the audiogram and you have to avoid loud sound exposures and try plug ear when you go to loud sound area
But still I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
