General & Family Physician, Dr. Lohit K's Response
Hi, The problem you are suffering(Palpitation, High pulse rate, variation in BP and head ache) may be due to some problem in heart. To diagnose it I advice you to get done ECG and echo cardiogram and may require holter monitoring based on the intial investigations. Based on the investigation you may require treatment like beta blocker or others. (Anti arrhythmic drugs id diagnosed as arrhythmia).
So you need complete cardiac evaluation once. Consult your doctor for general physical examination and cardiac evaluation and then if any problem can consult cardiac doctor.
Hope this helps you.
Regards
