Constant Hives, Taking Zantac, Allegra, No Relief. Next Step ?

My son has had hives for over 6 months. He sees an allergist/ rheumatologist who has him taking Zantac twice a day and Allegra in AM and Zyrtec in PM. He has also had merdrol dose packs off and on. They work for awhile and then stop working. He has had lad work which was negative. He is due to have another ANA lab test. He does have psoriasis and is allergic to Bactrim and seafood.He also has not been using any NSAIDS. What is next step?? He is miserable>

the medicnes are giving allergy as pain killers can cause
psoriasis and arthritis are again sign of less immnity
anti allergics will work only to control and not treat it
need to investigate for cause of allergy
it can be medicines oils shampoo creams ointments body applicatio materials foods pollen or medicines
consult allergeologist who will investigate for cause of allergy by tests and treat it accordingly for cure
