Constant Migraines, Dry Nose, Sensitive To Smell. Frequent After Nose Septum Surgery. Relation ?
I am 28. I have been fighting migraines since I was a kid. I had surgery last year on my nose because of a bone spur A's deviated septum to hopefully end the migraines. It has helped a lot I think. For the most part things have been much better. However lately my nose has been really dry which has been triggering migraines. m also very sensitive to smells. So just enough of one snow will trigger a very bad migraine as well. And when they get mabad they usually last up to 12 hours and it's always been 12 hours. Sometimes I can catch it early and take ibuprofen, Excedrin Migraine but if it does not help the pain there's nothing I can do to stop the pain and it will last exactly 12 hours. For instance I had one for 12 hours earlier this week on Tuesday. And then last night I had another migraine start at one and got so bad at around 10 o'clock I drove myself to the hospital for the first time because I was in so much pain. However they couldn't get me a room because I wasn't high priority. I waited for two hours and by that time it was 1235 approaching the twelve hour mark,, so I decided to get up and say its starting to ease off I'm going to go. So. Since surgery they haven't been this bad our frequent. I don't know what's wrong with me. .
