Constant Movement Of Lips When Not Talking, Cure

Over the past month my husband noticed I constantly move my lips as if I am talking, but I am not talking. I catch myself from time to time and try not to, but most of the time I do not realize I am moving my lips. Tonight he recorded me doing this and it scares me - I look like I am a drug addict. I am not sure what I need to do.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Dastokesllc, welcome to H.C.M.Forum. it says that you are moving your lips during sleep, this symptom is not coinciding with any disease. it might be like sleep walking, or extrapyramidal symptom, or you might be feeling severe rigor during night. better consult a neurologist to confirm the diagnosis and treatment. thank you.
