Welcome to HCM.
Fatigue has many possible causes and often a couple o tests need to be done to confirm the origin. Your shortness of breath could point to a heart problem, your severe bloated ness could be intestinal but also a collection of fluid(possibly right heart failure). Clearly your symptoms are serious and have been going on for too long a time to ignore. I suggest you see a cardiologist. If he is satisfied he can refer you further.
I trust this helps you.
Hello
The most probable cause of all your symptoms is APD acid peptic disorder , due to excess of gas accumulation yo are facing all these problems , consult a gastroenterogist , mean while you can try with some antacid pills containing pro kinetics such as pantaprazole and itopride combination.
Take care bye
