Constant Pain Along The Front Leg And Thigh, Occasionally Numbness In Heel. Suggestion?
Hi, I started running 3 weeks ago. My trainer took us on a 6k run last Saturday. I was find initially, but my leg became sore as the day went on. I have pain along the front of my leg (shin) and particularly where my shin meets my foot , and pain along my thigh. This morning my heel went numb. The pain is dull, rather than sharp/ acute, but constant. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks, Siobhán
I understand your concerns. Constant pain along the front of leg and thigh and occasional numbness in heel are suggestive of a pinched nerve. I think you should get some imaging study of your lower back and have yourself checked up by an orthopedic doctor. I advise you to consult one as soon as possible.
I hope this helps. Take care! Have a lovely day!
