Constant Pressure In Head, Feeling Of Tightness In Face, Ears. On Warfarin For Aortic Valve Replacement And Sear Trailing For Anxiety. Help
Hello, I have had constant preasure in my head for at lest 3 months, I also get tight feeling in areas of my face, ears and leg below the nee of both legs, the tightness in my face and ears moves about and can go as quickly as it starts. I am currently tacking warfarin as I have an aortic valve replacement (1995), I am also tacking 50mg sear trailing each day for anxiety
Time and again it has been proved that medications alone cannot cure anxiety etc. Your doctor might be correct in treating your external symptomatic problems. But there are psychological basic problems which are left unanswered and medication for anxiety can help superficially.
Meditation and psycholotherpy can do wonders at this juncture. Meditation and yoga streamlines the body metabolism and thinking process and psychotherapy streamlines the lifestyle beneficially. Consult psychotherapist. I can help you online if you desire so.
Wish you speedy recovery.
