Constant Pressure In Throat. Taken Antacids, Couldn't Help. Due To Acid Reflux?

My husband is suffering with this chronic problem. It s been going on for 2 weeks now. He s feeling this constant pressure in his throat right under the adams apple. The pressure gets worse after he eats anything. He also is constantly spitting up foam. We thought it might be acid reflux and have tried all manner of antacids even prescription antacids and nothing stops it or gives him relief. What could this be?

Constant irritation in the throat is sign of laryngitis. You will have to see ent specialist to rule this out. This might not be relieved by antacid. Check his thyroid level too.
