Constant Stabbing Pain In Ovary Areas. Ultrasound Showed Multiple Cysts On Both Ovaries, Not PCOs. Advice

For a while now I ve experienced a constant achy, sometimes stabbing pain in the ovary areas, I know that I do experience some pain before a menstrual cycle as that s how I know I m ovulating. But this pain is persistent, I ve had an ultrasound and I have lots of cysts on both ovaries. But my GP couldn t understand why the pain was there as he said it isn t polycystic ovaries.

Hi,
Your diagnosis is wrong. If it is multiple small follicles more than 12, it is polycystic ovary. Anyway I wish you get examined by a gynecologist whocan give you accurate diagnosis after examining you.

Regards
