Constant Swooshing Sound In Left Ear. Taken Antibiotics For Sinus Infection. Treatment?

I had a sinus infection and was on antibiotic , a few days after I finished the meds I started to notice a swoosh sound in my left ear. At first it was on and off, after a few days of that it became constant.it s driving me crazy. The only thing that helps is to have my headphones in my ear. With the initial sinus infection they told me I had fluid on my right ear and the left was fine.how do I get this to stop?

HI I have gone through your mail and as you said that you have some unwanted sound in your left ear and you are already diagnosed as having sinusitis with secretory otitis media (fluid in middle ear ),before treatment you are advice to go for these investigations -(1) C.T.scan of para nasal sinuses (2) culture and sensitivity of throat swab (3) Pure tone Audiometery (4) Impedance Audiometery. By these investigations one can asses weather your problem is due to fluid in middle ear or it is a disease of internal ear.so you are advice to consult your E.N.T.specialist for examination and co-relation with investigations to establish the diagnosis and treatment. Thanks.
