Welcome to the forum. Any history of cough and fever which persists for such a long period should be properly assessed. You have not mentioned about your past ailment/treatment. You should consult a general physician and get a sputum test done to rule out AFB (acid fast bacillus) in the sputum. If it shows positive results you should be under treatment.
For further management you should also get radiology done for your lungs. Any chronic obstructive pulmonary disease may present with such symptoms (COPD) You need to have a blood test done to assess your general health.
Get clinically assessed by a doctor for your throat infection, you should get swab tests done. Quit all the addictions like smoking, alcohol, caffeine and others. Eat healthy nutritious food, sleep well and stay stress-free for better results.
Have a good day, take care.
