After consuming whey protein ,(quite after 4-5 hrs later) i experience loose motions.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

Whey protein is the protein contained in whey, the watery portion of milk that separates from the curds when making cheese. High doses can cause some side effects such as increased bowel movements, nausea, thirst, bloating, cramps, reduced appetite, tiredness (fatigue), and headache.
I feel this will resolve on its own even without you taking any medications. Just drink much water for rehydration.

Hope this helps
