Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Your history of illness is very typical , you mentioned that there is pain on left ide X ray E C G normal .
Ultrasound found a stone and 2nd didn't find any stone .
Still pain is there on the left side.
Since , you have not mentioned the age?
Left side pain is usually related to age and gender.
Since there was calculus , so get in urine , blood for serum creatinine, C B C , E S R, UREA.
Consult a physician get in M R I , Echo, and deal accordingly.
Good luck.

Hi thanks for your question.
One of most important points in history you have not mentioned is your age.Your chest X Ray and ECG is normal so this pain is neither of cardiac orgin (heart) nor from lungs. Most probly this pain could be due to APD that is acid peptic disease.Acid peptic disease is caused by increased acid out put due to causes like spicy food, cigrette smoking, and alcohol.Continue antacid, avoid acid stimulant if your using any one of them .Continue with antacids.Addationally you can take proton pum inhibators like pantoprazole.Consult a physician who may be able to perform upper G I endocopy on you to dtermine cause of your pain abdomen.Small Kidney stones are formed in kidneys and can give rise to pain abdomen but small sized kidney stones pass out with urine. That is why on second ultrasound there was no stone in kidney.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi, many thanks for the query!
This can be muscular pain or stone related pain..
You need to do- RFT, Urine (C & S).
Get physically examined by your doctor once.
Till then take anti-spasmodics, muscle relaxants, pain killers with your doctor's opinion.
Drink plenty of water.
Wish you a good health.
Take care.
Regards.
