Hi,
If you have regular 28-30 day cycles and are in the mid-cycle, the presence of the discharge indicates that you have ovulated and the rise of temperature is suggestive of this. Ovulation is usually associated with a profuse watery discharge. If you have any irritation, itching or burning, please see a specialist for a local examination and proper treatment. Otherwise, you may wait until your next cycle to see what it is. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good luck.
