Continuous Heaviness In Head With Dull Headache, Dryness In Mouth, Eases On Lying Down. Worrisome?

Hi. I have been feeling a heaviness in my head, coupled with dull headache for the past month. Over the last couple of days, my mouth has also been dry. I feel better when I am lying down, but when I am sitting or standing up, the heaviness and headache returns. Is this anything to be worried about? I am a 29 year old female.

Your symptoms need careful evaluation to rule out the possible causes like- cardiac, neurological, migraine, stress, ENT related etc.
Pl get a check up from a doctor.
