Hi and thanks for the query,

It is very important to exclude an infectious process. It is compelling to know in your past history, if you have have recent unprotected sexual contacts, and also f your experienced any discharges r your partner complained of anything as such. A complete review by a doctor is needed with a vaginal and direct cervical and abdominal examinations. samples have to the lab for cultures, and an abdominal ultrasound could be most useful under these circumstances especially. It is imperative to exclude an abscess or fistula that could present with such kind of discharge. Thanks and kind regards.
