Continuous Pain Behind Ear, Feel Inflammation In The Area On Breathing, Pain Radiates To Neck And Shoulder, Feel Blockage Of Face. Help?

i have had a pain behind my right ear for several months now, and when i breathe in through my mouth or nose i feel like there is an inflamation in that area. the pain is going down my neck & shoulder . If I take some motrin it seems to relieve it for a little while, but comes back. It feels like the right side of my face is blocked. Very hard to explain

Hello,

Welcome to health care magic forum.

Continuous pain behind ear associated with inflammation may occur due to fluid or water entrapment into ears causing inflammation.

Usually in such cases, otorex ear drops has to be adviced to remove the wax as well as impurities within the ear.

Amoxycillin along with analgesics has to be administered to prevent underlying infection.

Hope this suffices.
