Continuous Smoker. Have Discomfort In The Center Of Upper Abdomen Right Under Rib Cage. Lung Cancer?

Smoked Cigarettes for 5 years, probably a pack every week and ahalf. Quit smoking cigarettes when I was 18 and started smoking pot due to generalized anxiety disorder. I am now 27 and have been smoking pot everyday for 5 years. one joint a day. I started to develope Phlegm slowly at the end of last year (2012) and now have a cough along with phlegm that has grey streaks and brown dots. I sometimes have discomfort in the center of my upper abdomen right under rib cage. I have back pain as well. Could this be lung cancer?

DEAR SIR ANY KIND OF SMOKE INHALATION WORKS AS AN IRRITANT TO THE RESPIRATORY TRACT WHETHER IT IS CIGARETTE OR POT AND AS RESULT SPUTUM OR PHLEGM PRODUCTION IS USUAL.
THE GREY OR BROWN DOTS AND STREAKS ARE SOT DEPOSITS IN THE LUNG DUE TO SMOKE INHALATION . IT IS WISER TO GET AN X RAY OF THE CHEST DONE TO RULE OUT ANY BAD POSSIBILITY.
