Hello, Welcome to HCM,
Genital wart is a sexual transmitted disease which is transmitted to your partner by unprotected sexual intercourse. The barrier methods like condom can prevent this infection to your partner.
This is a infection which is pertained to the skin, if it is cured you can be free from the infection. The wart should be managed properly and then you can plan for expansion of the family.
For the present symptoms I would suggest you to apply cream like Imiquade over the lesion on alternate days for atleast 4 months. Once all the wart is cleared you will be free from infection and you can have normal life. Thank you.
