Coronary Heart Disease, Acute Artery Disease, Headaches, Dizziness. What Is The Reason?

my husband has several complex health issues, these include coronary heart disease, acute artery disease , S.A.P.H.O [auto immune disease] he has been suffering severe headaches and dizzy spells lately [these seem very similar to the onset of T.I.As ] just lately he has been using his GTN spray quite regular
my question is when he used his GTN spray yesterday it took his sever headache away is this right

Hi,
GTN often causes headaches so it would be unusual for it to ease a headache. If he is using GTN more frequently of late, this may contribute to his dizzy spells and headaches as it can lower the blood pressure.
If he has an increasing need for GTN then perhaps he should consult his cardiologist to see if he needs any additional medication to improve his heart.
