Hello Jonathan,
Thank you and welcome
You are having upper respiratory tract infection which is usually of viral origin and could be managed symptomatically with medications such as tylenol or paracetamol associated to an antituissive such as codeine and antihistamine such as chlopheniramine. If after a 5-7 days the symptoms still persist then the infection is probably of bacterial origin and needs to be treated with an appropriate antibiotics like azithromycin or amoxicillin-clavulinic acid etc to combat the infection. Just a few days of antibiotics will greatly improve your condition. Other laboratory test could be run to rule out other infectious causes of your problems.
Hope this helps
