Cough, Runny Nose, Sore Throat. Any Medication?

runny nose ...I did have sore throat , but notnow. I do have a really loud cough ...Note: I am 72 and I have b een getting this process since I was a kid...When I go to dr s and get cough med and something for running nose, it never seems to go away faster than it does when I just take stuff from over the counter....But, what whould this be call. as I said it has allways followed this same procedure..

hi dear and welcome to health care magic...
runny nose,sore throat and cough means upper RTI....if decongestants are used frequently ,it by itself can cause rhinitis(runny nose) ...
i advise a good anti allergic like T-DAY,RIGIX etc along with tab arinac forte(decongestant) and klaricid 500 mg(anti biotic)
