Coughed Like I Tore Muscle Between Hips, Abdominal, Groin And Back Pain. Any Chance Ovarian Tumor Broke ?

I have an 11cm x 6cm ovarian tumor. Last week I coughed and it felt like I tore all the muscles between hips. The pain is in the abdomen and right through my back, from my groin and down my right leg. The only meds I have on hand are Tylenol 1s. And they are not touching this pain. Is there any chance that I could have broke the tumor?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum .
Pain may be due to other reasons also, so don't think about extreme.
Patient feels excruciating pain with abdominal distension and fullness , if something rupture inside abdominal wall .
So consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is very important.
Good luck.
