Hello there and welcome.
Thank you for your query.
Your description requires further investigation.
A few other things need to be cleared before we could reach a conclusion. Did you have any of the following:
-Runny nose
-History or current fever
-Any form of
apnea (an episode of breathlessness, a small period involving a
pause in breathing)
-Any blood or sputum with
cough (if sputum, which color)
I would advise you to visit your family physician with the same complaints and discuss your condition in detail. The doctor will have to examine your chest, and might also require and x-ray of the chest to put light on your condition.
Your cough sounds quite severe, and while most times patients cough intensively due to
anxiety, there are conditions where sever bouts of coughing are present.
Back pain is common with a few conditions of the lung, which is what we are suspecting here. Though describing this to your doctor will help him/her.
The headache is linked to the cough, and can even be present in patients with difficulty in breathing.
I advise you to visit your doctor for further assistance.
I hope this has helped you. You can always write back to us for further clarifications.
Wishing you a speedy recovery and good health thereafter.
