Coughing Up Foamy White Phlegm, Pain In Front Palate, Feeling Of Water Movement In Ear. No Relief From Medication. Guide
I have had this for about 10 days, Flue like nasal problems flowing more mucus than liquidy. accute pain on my palate behind my two front teeth, constant coughing up of flem that looks foamy and noty white. Also as I move arround I hear like water movement in my left ear. Im taking Citrizine 10mg 1 tablet aday & Ciproflaxin 500mg 2 times daily. I don't feel any recovery. Have dry cough up of flem through out the day.

Dry cough,
Mucus from nose,
hearing of water like movement in left ear.
These all are symptoms of allergic sinusitis.
Super-added infection is also, that's why there is pain in upper part of palate.
Cetrizine is no doubt anti allergic, but in your case it seems it is not acting.
So consult a physician and get in physical examination, blood examination for any chronic infection as ciprofoxacin is not acting.
Till gargles with saline water ( tepid),
Steam inhalation will provide you some relief.
