Could 137/70 Be The Normal Blood Pressure?

Is 137 over 70+ blood pressure ok? I am 177cm, 84kgs, and 30 y/o male Asian. I got this reading this morning during annual medical check up. I slept at 2:10am and woke up at 6:50am this day. Most of my previous days I slept for less than 5 hours. 4 hrs in average. This happens 4 out of 7 days in a week.
