Could Advil Congestion Relief Be Taken While Having High Blood Pressure?

i have a lot of sinus pressure, my throat is sore, i bought some Advil congestion relief and the drug facts on the box say to ask a doctor before taking if you have high blood pressure, i have high blood pressure, can i take these pills safely. I do take lisinopril-htcz 20-25 mg for the blood pressure
