Could Biotin Cause UTI?
Could biotin cause a UTI? About a week after I started biotin to possibly help my weak nails, I developed a UTI. I am now taking Macrobid 100 MG twice a day but have continued the biotin. I have been on the antibiotic seven days and I m still having UTI symptoms. I ve never had a UTI before and I m wondering if this all is just a coincidence or if biotin could be the culprit.

Biotin is not related to an urinary tract infection based on evidence studies. In my opinion it is a coincidence.
