Could Botox Injections Under My Eyes Have Caused Bell’s Palsy And Nerve Damage, Given The Symptoms Of Bruising, Eye Twitching, And Facial Numbness?

Hi I had a top up with Botox where she injected a diffent area being under my eyes which caused it to bruise straight away the day after my opposite eye was twitching day 3 my mouth and face started going numb and day 5 I went ane to only see and nurse went back day 8 to say it’s Bell’s palsy I was fit and well until being injected and a nerve being damaged is this the case
