Could Bystolic Intake Effect Kidney?

I've had a problem taking lisinopril and Coreg because of the intense cough and congestion I develop while taking them. My doctor switched me to Bystolic, which still causes a cough but not as bad. Also, I have kidney failure (creatnine 1.6) and want to know if this drug is going to have a negative impact on my kidneys. Any info you can give me will be helpful. Thank you very much.
