Could Concerta Cause Increased Body Temperature, Sweating And Period Delay?

I have recently been perscribed Concerta 34mg in the morning and 54mg in the afternoon, daily. Since I started taking them I have noticed and increase in my body temp (always hot, constantly sweating) and my period is 5 days late. Could this be related to my medicine?
