Could Durezol Cause Blurred Vision?

I had cataract surgery 2 weeks ago, received IOL for distance correction. Still taking Durezol (down to 3 times per day this week), but my vision is still as blurry as it was the day after surgery. Is Durezol possibly blurring my vision in the new eye, or what else could it be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the blurred vision may not be due medicine but it could be refractive error or ophthalmic reason and better to see the eye surgeon for this without the examination exact cause can not be known, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
