Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
As per details,
Mild dyskaryosis does not effect your chances of getting pregnant and it is not generaly necessary to stop trying for baby.
So, you should not worry about that.
As many as 10% women get an abnormal smear test at sometimes and for many it turned out to be transient , means not requiring treatment.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good health.
Regards
