Could Eliquis Be The Cause Nausea And Vomiting Early In The Morning?

After taking Warfarin for 15 years for A Fib, I have recently been changed to Eliquis...evidently a more modern blood thinner. . Since the change, I have had nausea and vomiting usually at 5 - 6 AM. Since the Elequis has been the only life change for me.....could the Eliquis be causing the vomiting? If so, would change back to Warfarin be advisable? Thanks....
