Could Epolidex Be Worsening My Son S Refractory Epilepsy, Given That Many Medications Have Failed And Sugar Triggers His Seizures?

Hello. My son has retractable epilepsy and we r trying to find relief for him. Many meds failed. He is currently on epolidex and lamictal and sugars def cause seizures for him. I am in worry the epolidex is making him worse. Thoughts pls thanks so much
