Could H. Pylori Cause Burning In My Left Rib, Pain When Swallowing, Urine Dribbling, Itching At Night, And Trouble Sleeping?

Hello I m 22 and I was diagnosed with h.pylori. due that I m always experiencing burning sensation on my left rib ..When I swallow food or drink water I feel it in my ribs.. I had on and off urine dribbling, itching during night and difficult sleeping.....please what s happening??
