Could Hashimoto Thyroiditis Cause Numbness, headache And Tingling Sensation?
HI. I am 39 and was diagnosed with Hashimoto thyrioditis about 2 months ago. I used to suffer from breathing difficulties, hear pain and other symptoms. I had to change doctor to finally find out what I have. My eye doctor even linked a certain latent ex...(forgot the word, when the eyes go apart sideways) to thyroid. These days I get very dizzy, have numbness in my soles and palms as well as tingling in fingers at times. Sometimes I feel tingling down my forearm. Headaches can feel as if the head is filled with cotton, mostly in the back of my head. Is this related to Hashimoto? My eyes also still trouble me from time to time. I tried to find out more about the disease but things on the net are so vague. Where can I learn more and is there a cure?
The symptoms you reported are not caused by Hashimoto thyroiditis. Furthermore, you have been under treatment during these 2 months and the symptoms should have been improved. There is no cure, but there is treatment for Hashimoto thyroiditis.
