Could Hydrochlorothiazide Cause Arms Rash And Hands Itching?

i just started taking hydrochlorothiazide two weeks ago...i have developed a red rash under my arms and my hands are itching to an extreme. I have tried all kind of lotions to stop the itching but to no avail. I feel that these problem are being caused by this medicine...am I right?
