Could I Be Pregnant After An Unprotected Sex?

I had an abortion on March 24th, 2014. I went too My following appointment on April 2nd, 2014 and they told Me I had an successful abortion, same day I got on the depo shot birth control and on that same day 5 hours later I had unprotected sex. I know for a fact he didn't came in me, but precum is what got Me worried. I took a pregnancy test 2 weeks later and it came out positive. Am I pregnant?

well , if the pregnancy test is positive you are indeed pregnant. as after abortion the hcg level usually drop down to below detectable within 1 week so this is a fresh pregnancy indeed. depot wouldnt have offered any protection as you never gave it time to act. so i am afraid , the answer is yes.
