Could I Be Pregnant And Still Have A Period With Heavy Bleeding?
I have been on birth control for the past 8 years on and off. During the off times, I would bleed more than usual. Now I have been off os it for 3 months. The first 2 months I had regular periods. Now I am 2 weeks late and have all the symptoms you could think of for pregnancy, but I have had 2 negative HPT and 1 negative blood test which were all done within the first week of being late. I have never not bled at all like I am now. Could I still be pregnant?
HI Well come to HCM Although chances of pregnancy is less likely but you can not entirely rely upon the oral contraceptive medicines, because no contraceptive method is hundred per cent promising, if pregnancy is doubtful and had history of intercourse during ovulation phase, and missed period, then it is advisable to get done the pregnancy test and best option would be ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care.
