Could I Bring Diseases Into My Home From Roadkill Blood On My Car Tires That I May Have Stepped On?

I was driving and ran over blood on the road of a roadkill…not sure what animal it was as it was dead on the side however the blood was fresh. I drove another 10 minutes and then came home and parked the car in garage. I am now Concerned if the tires may still have blood on them and then I walked where the tires went so if my shoes may have some traces of the blood too and what diseases could I be bringing into my home because of it?
