Could I Contract HIV From Using A Ready Bath Wipe With Potential Blood Or Bodily Fluids On It To Clean My Vulva Before Giving A Urine Sample?

I was at the hospital and had to give a urine sample. I didn t see the wipes they usually give to clean the area before giving the sample. However in the restroom there was an opened bag of ready bath wipes. The top wipe was stuck down, not pulled out yet, so I used it without thinking. I m wondering if there was blood or any other bodily fluids on it and I wiped my vulva with it, could I get the hiv virus from it?
