Could I Have A Fracture If I Can Still Walk, Despite Severe Pain And Worsening Bruising On My Leg?

I fell last Tuesday. Major bruising on the left side of my leg in the shape of a crescent moon. Iced, elevated leg for the past few days. I still have sever pain in my shin. New developments of bruising moving to the foot. Do i have a fracture if I can still walk even if it is painful
