Could I Have A Malleolus Or Fibula Fracture If My Ankle Hurts To Touch And Bear Weight?

I hit my ankle on the table of wooden table. I think I fractured my malleolus but I don t know. It hurts to touch but there is not bruise and I can walk. but on the other hand my fibula hurts and my ankle hurts to put any pressure on it. My parents wont get me a x-ray. I don t know whats wrong with my foot???
