Could I Have A Rib Injury If I Have Sharp Pain On My Left Side After A Fall Which Pain When Coughing Or Lifting?

I was running after basketball outside and tripped over myself, landing really hard on my left side. It took my breath away and now I have sharp pain near ribs and my left breast. I can t cough, sneezy or carry anything heavy without it severely aching. There is no bruising.
